Moon Chung-in, special presidential advisor for unification, foreign affairs and national security, partook in a discussion hosted by the Korea Economic Institute of America (KEI) and moderated Kathleen Stephens, former US ambassador to South Korea, in Washington, DC, on Feb. 26. Moon said the ongoing summit between North Korean leader Kim Jong-un and US President Donald Trump will primarily revolve around the North’s dismantlement of its Yongbyon nuclear facilities and the US’ corresponding measures. Moon also predicted the summit will produce generally good results and that an outline for a joint agreement should come into view around the morning of Feb. 28. (Hankyoreh archives)
