North Korean leader Kim Jong-un may visit South Korea in November, the South Korean National Intelligence Service (NIS) revealed on Sept. 24. During a closed-door meeting of the National Assembly’s Intelligence Committee, the NIS revealed that, depending on how North Korea-US denuclearization negotiations go, “it’s possible” that Kim may attend the South Korea-Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) summit scheduled for Busan on Nov. 25-26. The NIS added that it’s probably the Kim may make his fifth visit to China to push for a North Korea-China summit. The photo shows NIS Director Suh Hoon.
